We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return requested beyond 30 days will not be accepted without exception. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in your construction project that kept you from inspecting the item upon delivery for fit, damage or correct product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. If the product has been installed and/or shows signs of any tooling marks, the refund may be denied or subject to a restocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price depending on the damage to the item. We offer free outbound shipping on all items, but we do not offer free return shipping. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer including insuring the shipment for any damage that may occur by the carrier.
To start a return, you can contact us at 844-CEN-MADE or email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is received with damage, please take pictures of the package as it arrived and any damage that has occurred. Please send an email with the order number, contact information, pictures and a detailed description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review the email and may ask follow-up questions and provide instructions for next steps to resolve any issues
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
